AHV364可控震源振动系统常见故障分析

摘要 由于AHV364可控震源振动系统为主要工作单元,其故障发生频率较大。其常见故障具体表现为辅助振动高压或振动高压不能调节到标准值、振动低压不能调节到标准值、升压开关打到驱动(DRIVE)状态没有辅助高压、升压开关打到升压(VIBRATE)状态没有振动高压、升压后两个振动泵高压油没合流、升压后重锤始终处于上位、升压后重锤上下浮动、振动起始瞬间振动高压波动过大、平板不能提升或不能下降。本文参照振动液压系统图和振动系统电路图,并结合实践经验,针对AHV364型可控震源振动系统常见故障进行了分类汇总和深入详细的分析,并给出了排除故障的方法。这些故障解决方案包括对线缆破损断路和损坏的液压部件定期重点检查保养并更换,能快速排除故障,并能预防故障发生,提高工作效率,减少设备损坏。 Since the AHV364 vibration system is the main working unit,its failure occurs more frequently.This common faults of the vibrator system usually include the vibration high pressure or low pressure can’t be adjusted to the standard value,and the auxiliary vibration high pressure is 0 psi on DRIVE position,the vibration high pressure is 0 psi on VIBRATE position,and the high pressure hydraulic fluid from the two vibrate pumps can’t flow together,and the mass is always on the up position after pressure up,and the mass go up and down after pressure up,and the vibration high pressure fluctuates too much at the beginning of a sweep,and can’t lift up or lift down.Based on the vibrator hydraulic system diagram and the vibration system circuit diagram,and combined with practical experience,this paper summarizes and analyzes the common faults of the AV364 vibration system,and gives the method of troubleshooting.These fault solutions include regular inspection and replacement of broken cables and damaged hydraulic parts,which can quickly troubleshoot and prevent failures,increase productivity and reduce equipment damage.
