摘要
在一些电力不发达的国家或地区,通常采用柴油发电机组作为辅助电源的供电方案,以解决市电断电时的不间断供电。考虑到市电断电的随机性,如何在无人值守的情况下,实现市电和发电机组的辅助电源之间的自动切换而不影响正常工作和生活,成为一个亟待解决的技术难题。针对这一技术难题,本文提出了一种支持双电源自动切换的配电柜的设计方案并实施。通过自主研发双电源自动切换控制配电柜的应用,节约了用工成本,降低了人工换电的触电风险及维修过程中人员受伤和丢失配件的风险。
In some countries or regions where power is not developed,diesel generator sets are usually used as auxiliary power supply schemes to solve the uninterrupted power supply when the mains power is cut off.Considering the randomness of the mains power outage,how to realize the automatic switching between the auxiliary power supply of the mains and the generator set without affecting the normal work and life has become an urgent technical problem to be solved.Aiming at this technical problem,this paper proposes a design scheme and implementation of a distribution cabinet that supports automatic switching of dual power supplies.Through the independent research and development of the application of dual power supply automatic switching control distribution cabinet,it saves labor costs,reduces the risk of electric shock of manual power exchange,and reduces the risk of personnel injury and loss of accessories during maintenance,which is for peers to learn from.
