生态环境对宜居城市具有基础性与先在性的意义。在“美好生活”已然成为当下热词的语境下,从美学维度来构筑生态环境具有重要的现实逻辑支撑。从浙江省推进新型城镇化建设的实践经验看,我们亟待在生态环境对宜居城市具有不可替代的作用方面形成共识,在实际行动上把构筑优美的生态环境作为生态惠民、生态利民、生态为民的优先领域。

Ecological environment is of fundamental and preexistent significance to livable cities.At a time when “a better life” has become buzzword nowadays,the construction of an ecological environment from the aesthetic perspective has important practical logical support.From the practical experience of promoting new-type urbanization in Zhejiang Province,we urgently need to reach a consensus on the irreplaceable role of the ecological environment for livable cities.At the same time,we need to make the construction of a beautiful ecological environment a priority area where the ecology facilitates,benefits,and serves the people.
