我国网络空间内容生态的发展特征与治理进路

Development Characteristics and Governance Progression of China's Cyberspace Content Ecology

在网络强国战略推进过程中,我国网络空间生态格局不断演变。在技术与政策红利影响下,我国网络空间内容生态呈现出新特征,包括重大主题宣传成效显著,理论传播平台不断拓展;内容传播空间拓展,网络视听等媒介形态创新迭代;网络治理强力监管,共建共治共享格局逐渐形成。但在发展过程中也存在舆论引导能力、技术运用能力和系统治理能力不足等问题。网络内容生态的治理创新需要从提高优质内容供给、创新数字治理模式及坚持“用”“管”并重等角度,综合施策提高网络空间治理体系和治理能力现代化。

In the process of building China's strength in cyberspace,the ecological pattern of its cyberspace has been evolving.Under the influence of technology and policy dividends,the content ecology of China's cyberspace has shown new characteristics,including significant publicity effects of major themes by the continuous expansion of theoretical dissemination platforms;expansion of content dissemination space through innovation and iteration of audiovisual and other forms;and strong supervision of network governance by the gradual formation of the joint construction,governance and sharing pattern.However,there are still some problems in the development process,such as insufficient capabilities of guidance on public opinion,technology use,and systematic governance.Governance innovation of cyberspace content ecology requires us to comprehensively implement policies to improve the modernization of cyberspace governance system and governance capabilities by increasing the supply of high-quality content,innovating the model of digital governance,and attaching equal importance to use and supervision.
