基于OBE理念的儿科护理学混合式课程建设与实践 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨儿科护理学基于OBE教育理念的混合式教学模式及实施效果。方法选择2021年3-6月本校2018级157名护理学本科生作为研究对象,随机选择两个班学生为实验组(81名)和对照组(76名)两组。实验组在儿科护理学教学中应用基于OBE理念的混合式教学模式,对照组采用常规教学模式。课程结束后采集实验组课程学习数据,比较两组学生的课程成绩,使用问卷调查学期前一周及最后一周两组学生的自主学习能力及批判性思维能力。结果实验组学生的期末成绩及综合成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学后,实验组学生在自我管理能力、学习合作能力、信息素质及总分上均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学后,实验组学生的批判性思维能力与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但教学前,对照组在寻找真相、系统化能力、认知成熟度及总分均高于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科护理学教学中运用OBE理念的混合式教学,取得良好教学效果,能为护理课程教学改革提供指导和借鉴作用。 Objective To explore the blended learning mode based on the concept of OBE in pediatric nursing and its application effects.Methods The 157 nursing undergraduates of Grade 2018(n=81)of our university were selected as study subjects during March and June 2021.Two classes were randomly selected,and the two class were divided into experimental group(n=81)and control group(n=76).The experimental group adopted the blended learning mode based on the concept of OBE in pediatric nursing teaching,conventional teaching was used in this group.The course study data was collected in the experimental group after the course,course scores were compared between the two groups.The scales were used to evaluated the self-directed learning ability and critical thinking ability of two groups at a week before the semester and the last week.Results Final scores and comprehensive scores in experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).After teaching the self management ability,cooperation ability,information quality score and total score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After teachingthere was no significant difference in the critical thinking ability between experimental group and control group(P>0.05).However,the score of search for the truth,systematic competence,cognitive maturity score and total scorein thecontrol groupwere higher than experimental groupbefore teaching(P<0.05).Conclusions The blended learning mode based on the concept of OBE applied in pediatric nursing has achieved good teaching effect.It could provide guidance and reference for nursing teaching reform.
