摘要
金属/聚合物复合结构可以在满足性能要求的同时实现工程轻量化。搅拌摩擦焊接及其衍生技术由于其固态特性在金属/聚合物异种材料连接中受到越来越高的重视。本文归纳总结了金属/聚合物复合结构搅拌摩擦焊技术、微观组织、焊接工艺及连接机理,并对金属/聚合物异种材料搅拌摩擦焊接的发展进行了展望。
Metal/polymer composite structure can meet the need of properties and engineering lightweight. Friction stir welding(FSW) and its derivative technologies have gained more and more attention in joining dissimilar materials due to its solid state properties. This paper summarized the friction stir welding technologies, microstructure, welding process and joining mechanism of metal/polymer FSW joints. Finally, the development of metal/polymer FSW were prospected.
