摘要
阐述职业教育中的创新创业教学策略,促进人才管理的发展,融合职业培训与应用教育,探讨创新创业人才教育有助于提高毕业生的就业能力的实践。
This paper expounds the teaching strategy of innovation and entrepreneurship in vocational education,promotes the development of talent management,integrates vocational training with applied education,and discusses the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education in improving graduates’ employability.
