臭氧疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的研究进展

Research progress of ozone therapy method in the treatment ofherpes zostersequelaneuralgia

带状疱疹是病毒感染性疾病,主要是由于机体免疫力较低而引起,通常情况下有两个方面:第一方面就是精神紧张、压力大而引起的免疫力下降;第二方面由于既往患有比较严重的内科疾病。带状疱疹是临床上较常见的急性疱疹样皮肤病,由水痘、带状疱疹病毒所致,这种病毒是由呼吸道感染侵入体内,潜伏到脊神经后根神经节或其它发病部位的神经细胞中。在骨外科臭氧疗法主要治疗骨性关节病以及椎间盘突出等疾病,还可以治疗软组织的疼痛以及出血性疾病,一般无副作用。但关于臭氧疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果尚不明确。鉴于此,本研究分析了臭氧疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的方法、效果,旨在为临床诊断治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛提供新思路。

Herpes zoster is a viral infectious diseases,which is mainly caused by the low immunity of the body.Generally,there are several aspects as follows:the first is the decline of immunity caused by mental stress and stress.On the other hand,the patients suffered from serious medical diseases in the past.Herpes zoster is a common acute herpetic skin disease caused by varicella and herpes zoster virus.This virus invades the body through respiratory tract infection and hides in the nerve cells of the posterior root ganglia of the spinal nerve or other disease sites.In the orthopaedic surgery,ozone therapy is mainly used to treat osteoarthropathy and intervertebral disc protrusion,and can also treat soft tissue pain and bleeding diseases.It is a general treatment without side effects.However,the effect of ozone therapy on herpes zoster sequela neuralgia is not clear.In view of this,this study analyzed the methods and effects of ozone therapy in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia,aiming to provide a new idea for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.
