心房颤动相关生物标记物的临床研究

生物标记物在心肌梗死和心力衰竭的诊断和治疗中产生了重大影响,然而生物标记物在心房颤动的诊断和治疗中的进展缓慢。2016年欧洲心脏病学会(ESC)心房颤动管理指南中首次推荐可将生物标志物应用到心房颤动的治疗评估中。生物标志物的水平与心房颤动、术后心房颤动、急性心房颤动的发生,心肌梗死、心力衰竭合并心房颤动的诊断,以及心房颤动的预后相关。本文将B型利钠肽、N端B型利钠肽、肌钙蛋白、可溶性ST2、Cys-C等生物标记物在心房颤动临床应用中的证据进行相关综述。

Biomarkers have greatly impacted the diagnosis and management of myocardial infarction and heart failure, however, however, the progress of biomarkers in the diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation is slow.The 2016 European Society of Cardiology(ESC)guidelines on atrial fibrillation recommended the use of biomarkers in the evaluation of the treatment of atrial fibrillation.Biomarker levels have been associated with incident atrial fibrillation, postoperative atrial fibrillation, and acute atrial fibrillation, diagnosis of myocardial infarction and heart failure combined with atrial fibrillation, and prognosis of atrial fibrillation.This review will offer current evidences on the use of biomarkers such as B-type natriuretic peptide, N-terminal pro B-type natriuretic peptide, Troponin, Soluble ST2,and Cystain-C in atrial fibrillation.
