摘要
中性粒细胞是宿主免疫防御反应的第一道防线,它通过吞噬作用和脱颗粒作用杀伤病原体发挥抗菌效应。中性粒细胞胞外陷阱(neutrophil extracellular traps,NETs)是近年来发现的中性粒细胞发挥抗菌作用的另一种机制,但是越来越多研究证明NETs参与多种疾病的发病机制,包括炎症性疾病和多种恶性肿瘤等,其中血液系统疾病的发生和发展与NETs异常增多紧密相关,抑制NETs生成可缓解肿瘤的生长并抑制其进展。
Neutrophils are the first line of defense of the host’s immune defense response.They kill pathogens through phagocytosis and degranulation to exert antibacterial effects.Neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)are another mechanism for neutrophils to exert antibacterial effects discovered in recent years.However,more and more studies have proved that neutrophil extracellular traps are involved in the pathogenesis of many diseases,including inflammatory diseases and a variety of malignant tumors,among which the occurrence and development of hematological disease are closely related to the abnormal increase of NETs.At the same time,inhibiting the generation of NETs can alleviate tumor growth and inhibit its progression.
