基于马斯洛需求层次理论的高校图书馆学习空间构建研究

Research on the Construction of Learning Commons in University Libraries Based on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory

本文基于马斯洛需求层次理论,结合高校图书馆学习空间建设现状,针对用户对空间的实际使用需求,设计高校图书馆学习空间结构框架并提出具体实施策略。以马斯洛需求层次理论为核心理念建设高校图书馆学习空间,可以逐层递进地满足用户的各种需求,实现用户需求与学习环境的交互融合,真正发挥空间服务的学习支持功能。

Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, combined with the current situation of the construction of learning space in university libraries, and in view of the actual needs of users for space, this paper designs the structure framework of learning space in university libraries and puts forward specific implementation strategies. Taking Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory as the core idea to build the learning space of university library, it can meet the needs of users layer by layer, realize the interactive integration of user needs and learning environment, and truly play the learning support function of space services.
