Dear Editor, I am Dr. Lidia Remolí Sargues from Consorcio Hospital General Universitario of Valencia. We write to present a case of paracentral acute middle maculopathy(PAMM) in a patient with a contralateral carotid-cavernous fistula(CCF) after cerebral diagnostic angiography.
