国外包装正面标签在生鲜猪肉中的应用特征及启示 被引量:1

Application characteristics and enlightenments of foreign front of package labels in the fresh pork

摘要 我国是生鲜猪肉消费大国,但居民膳食结构不合理,日均猪肉摄入过量,肥胖与相关慢性病发生风险较高。在生鲜猪肉标示包装正面(front of package,FOP)标签能简单直观地展示猪肉营养特性或整体营养质量,引导居民合理消费。然而,我国FOP标签起步晚,目前仅适用于预包装食品。本文通过对国际上可适用于生鲜猪肉的FOP标签实践经验进行梳理,发现瑞典锁孔标签、美国心脏检查标志、新加坡较健康选择标志、美国指引星标签、荷兰选择标识、美国NuVal评分标签具有启动背景相似、推行主体多元等共性特征,且拥有在多种生猪品种、不同猪肉部位及不同出售形式采用阈值、等级、评分等方式展示猪肉营养信息等应用特征。我国目前具备在生鲜猪肉应用FOP标签的条件,建议纳入多元推行主体,设计囊括或专项的生鲜猪肉FOP标签,尽量覆盖全部生猪品种与不同猪肉部位,以及基于消费者调查明确FOP标签形式,为推动适合我国生鲜猪肉FOP标签实施提供实践指导。 China is a big consumer of fresh pork,but the dietary structure of the residents is not reasonable due to their daily over intake of fresh pork,which has caused a high risk of obesity and related chronic diseases.The front of package(FOP)labeling applied to fresh pork can simply and intuitively show the nutritional characteristics or overall nutritional quality of pork,for guiding residents to consume meatreasonably.The FOP labeling started late in China but it is only applicable to pre-packaged food at present.Based on studies of international experience in FOP labeling for fresh pork,it was found that there were common characteristics such as the starting background,multiple implementation subjects as well as application characteristics of using thresholds,grades,scores and other methods to display pork nutritional information in various pig breeds,different pork parts and different sale forms among Swedish Keyhole symbol,the American heart-check mark,healthier choice symbol of Singapore,guiding stars labeling in the United States,Choices logo in the Dutch,NuVal nutritional scoring labeling in the United States.Now China owns the condition of the application of FOP labeling in the fresh pork.It was recommended to incorporate multiple implementation subjects to design inclusive or specific FOP labeling applied in the fresh pork,all pig breeds and different pork parts included as possible and clear FOP label forms and application categories based on the consumers survey,for the purpose of providing practical guidance for promoting the implementation of the FOP labeling on fresh pork in China.
