脂肪因子vaspin与骨质疏松症相关性的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 骨质疏松症是一种以骨量降低和骨组织微结构恶化为特征的慢性代谢性骨病。内脏脂肪组织来源的丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(viscera ladipose tissue-derived serine protease inhibitor,vaspin)是一种新型脂肪因子,在动脉粥样硬化、心血管疾病、胰岛素抵抗以及慢性炎症等疾病的发生发展中起着重要作用。多项研究显示,vaspin能够通过参与骨髓间充质干细胞、成骨细胞、破骨细胞及软骨细胞的增殖和分化来影响骨重建。然而,vaspin参与骨代谢的具体机制目前尚未明确。本文综述了vaspin与骨质疏松症的相关性,以期为研究骨质疏松症的发病机制及治疗提供参考。 Osteoporosis is a chronic metabolic bone disease characterized by low bone mass and microarchitectural deterioration of bone tissue. Visceral adipose tissue-derived serine protease inhibitor(vaspin) is a novel adipokine that plays an important role in the development of diseases such as atherosclerosis, cardiovascular disease, insulin resistance and chronic inflammation. Several studies have shown that vaspin can affect bone reconstruction by participating in the proliferation and differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, osteoblasts, osteoclasts and chondrocytes. However, the exact mechanism of vaspin involvement in bone metabolism is not yet clear. This paper reviews the correlation between vaspin and osteoporosis, with the aim of providing a reference for studying the pathogenesis and treatment of osteoporosis.
