KAP模式在疾病管理研究中应用的进展

Progress of application of knowledge-attitude-practice mode in the disease management

知、信、行(knowledge-attitude-practice,KAP)模式是改变人类健康相关行为的模式之一,是到目前为止用于解释个人知识和信念如何能转变为健康行为的常用模式。目前该理论也被医疗领域广泛应用于实践中。本文简要介绍了KAP模式的概述,重点综述了KAP模式在疾病管理以及老年高血压合并糖尿病患者生存质量影响研究中的应用进展,以拓展其在疾病管理中的应用范围。

The knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)mode is one of the modes for changing human health-related behaviors,also the commonly used mode to explain how personal knowledge and beliefs can be transformed into healthy behaviors by far.At present,the theory is also widely used in medical practice.This paper briefly introduces the overview of KAP mode,and especially focuses on the KAP mode in the application progress in the disease management and the research of the influence of quality of life in the elderly patients with hypertension complicated with diabetes,so as to expand its application scope in the disease management.
