上海市静安寺街道职业女性对宫颈癌及HPV疫苗的认知调查

Survey of the cognition of cervical cancer and HPV vaccine in professional women in Jingansi Community in Shanghai

目的:调查上海市静安寺街道职业女性对宫颈癌及人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)疫苗的相关认知、影响因素及知识来源。方法:采用方便抽样方法在上海市静安寺街道抽取职业女性为研究对象,共收集到自行设计的有效调查问卷346份,分析职业女性对宫颈癌及HPV疫苗的认知情况。结果:宫颈癌认知评分中位数为7分(满分13分);HPV认知评分中位数为9分(满分15分);HPV疫苗认知评分中位数为5分(满分12分)。宫颈癌认知的差异和文化程度有关,HPV认知差异和婚姻状况有关,HPV疫苗的认知差异与年龄、文化程度、职业类型、婚姻状况有关。调查对象接受知识首选新媒体,其次依次为人际传播和传统媒体。结论:上海市静安寺街道职业女性对宫颈癌相关知识认知存在不足,认知与年龄、文化程度、职业、婚姻状况有一定关系,其知识来源以新媒体为主。

Objective:To investigate the cognition,influencing factors,knowledge sources of cervical cancer and HPV vaccine in professional women in Jingansi Community in Shanghai.Methods:A convenient sampling method was conducted to select the professional women in Jingansi Community as the research objects,and a total of 346 self designed effective questionnaires were collected,and occupational women’s awareness of cervical cancer and HPV vaccine were analyzed.Results:The median cognitive score of cervical cancer was 7(full score 13);the median HPV cognitive score was 9(full score 15);the median HPV vaccine cognition score was 5(full score 12).Cervical cancer cognitive differences and cultural level were related,HPV cognitive difference was related to marital status,and cognitive difference in HPV vaccine was related to age,education level,occupation type,and marital status.Respondents who received the knowledge preferred new media,followed by interpersonal communication and traditional media.Conclusion:The cervical cancer-related knowledge of professional women in Jingansi Community is insufficient,and the cognition has a certain relationship with age,education level,occupation and marital status,and the knowledge sources are mainly new media.
