Study on the Mechanism of the Volunteer Work in the British Museum

大英博物馆的志愿者工作开展多年,体制机制建设已比较成熟,在世界博物馆中处于领先位置。本文对大英博物馆的志愿者工作概况、岗位设置、管理机制、保障及激励措施等进行梳理,认为我国博物馆可从合理设置志愿者岗位和服务内容,保护志愿者权益,增加博物馆人文关怀等几个方面借鉴经验,推动中国博物馆志愿者事业健康快速发展。

For the volunteer work in the British Museum has developed for many years,the volunteer mechanism construction has become relatively full-fledged and takes a leading position among the world’s museums.The paper makes a review of the volunteer work in the British Museum,such as general service,position settings,management,safeguards and incentive measures.In order to promote the healthy and rapid development of volunteer cause of Chinese museums,we can learn from the experience of setting rational volunteer posts and service contents,protecting volunteers’ rights and interests,increasing humanistic care and some other aspects.
