京津冀典型区域应对暴雨内涝的城市建成环境韧性研究——基于韧性单元类型谱系的分析 被引量:5

摘要 快速城镇化背景下城市建设与生态环境之间的矛盾日益加剧,以城市暴雨内涝为代表的各类灾害频发,严重威胁城市的安全与可持续发展。选取京津冀地区典型区域为研究对象,通过文献研究提出基于韧性4R属性的暴雨内涝韧性聚类因子,运用PyCharm软件完成北京市、天津市、石家庄市三座典型城市韧性单元的聚类分析,形成基于韧性属性的高坚固—高冗余—高调配—高速度(HB-HD-HS-HP)等16个韧性小类,并总结形成优势聚类、优劣结合聚类、劣势聚类三个韧性大类,研究得到京津冀典型区域韧性类型现状分布特征,即城市间韧性类型分化明显、空间异质性强且呈现集聚特征、韧性系统属性间均衡性不足。通过划定覆盖研究区域内的类型谱系,将现有纵向维度的韧性等级评价向横向维度韧性类型研究拓展,以期为进一步的韧性实践优化提供参考。 In the context of rapid urbanization,the contradiction between urban construction and ecological environment has intensified,and various disasters represented by urban rainstorm and waterlogging occurred frequently,which seriously threaten the safety and sustainable development of cities.This paper selects typical cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as research objects,proposes the resilience clustering factors of storm water flooding based on the 4 R attributes of resilience through literature research,completes the resilience unit clustering analysis of three typical cities in Beijing,Tianjin and Shijiazhuang.By using PyCharm software,it forms 16 resilience clusters based on the resilience attributes of high robustness-high redundancy-high deployment-high speed(HB-HD-HS-HP),etc.,and summarizes the formation of dominant clusters.The study also summarizes the clustering of strengths,weaknesses and weaknesses into three major clusters of resilience.The current distribution characteristics of the resilience types in the typical Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region were obtained,that is,obvious differentiation of resilience types among cities,strong spatial heterogeneity and clustering characteristics,insufficient balance among the attributes of resilience systems.By completing the delineation of a comprehensive type spectrum in the study area,the existing vertical dimensional resilience rating is extended to the horizontal dimensional resilience type study,providing a reference for further practice optimization of resilience.
