慢性心力衰竭患者血清Apelin-13水平变化的相关性研究

Correlation Between Curative eEffect and Serum Apelin-13 Level in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的观察慢性心力衰竭急性失代偿期(ADHF)患者规范化治疗前后血清Apelin-13表达水平变化,探讨其对ADHF患者的临床应用价值。方法选取2020年5月至2021年8月包头医学院第一附属医院心内一科住院治疗的慢性心力衰竭急性失代偿期患者50例作为治疗组,病例前后自身对照,以同时期入院心功能正常的心脏病患者中随机抽取30例作为对照组,另于同期随机选取在我院进行健康体检人员30例作为空白组。对治疗组和对照组研究对象入院时及空白组在体检时抽取空腹外周血,采用酶联免疫吸附法进行Apel in-13水平测定,治疗组规范化治疗后再次测定患者血清Apelin-13水平,进行统计学分析,比较治疗组和对照组Apelin-13水平,分析治疗组治疗前后Apelin-13水平变化。结果治疗组治疗后血清Apelin-13水平明显高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前Apelin-13水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前Apelin-13水平高于空白组(P<0.05);对照组Apelin-13水平明显高于空白组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清Apelin-13水平与对照组相比两者无显著差异。结论慢性心力衰竭急性失代偿期患者治疗前血清Apelin-13水平较低,在经规范化治疗后血清Apelin-13水平升高至与心功能正常心脏病患者,检测血浆Apelin-13水平对判断病情及评估疗效有一定的价值,且Apelin-13有望成为心力衰竭患者的一种新型肌力药物。

Objective To observe the changes of serum Apelin-13 expression levels in patients with acute decompensated chronic heart failure(ADHF)before and after standardized treatment,and to explore its clinical application value in ADHF patients.Methods Select 50 patients with acute decompensated chronic heart failure who were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College from May 2020 to August 2021 as the treatment group.A total of 30 cases of heart disease patients with normal function were randomly selected as the control group,and 30 cases of healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were randomly selected as the blank group.Fasting peripheral blood was drawn from the subjects in the treatment group and the control group when they were admitted to the hospital and the blank group was taken during physical examination,and the Apelin-13 level was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The Apelin-13 levels in the treatment group and the control group were analyzed,and the changes of Apelin-13 levels in the treatment group before and after treatment were analyzed.Result The serum Apelin-13 level in the treatment group after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05);the Apelin-13 level in the treatment group before treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the Apelin-13 level in the treatment group before treatment was higher than that in the blank group(P<0.05)The Apelin-13 level in the control group was significantly higher than that in the blank group(P<0.05);the serum Apelin-13 level in the treatment group after treatment was not significantly different from the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The level of serum Apelin-13 in patients with acute decompensation of chronic heart failure was low before treatment,and after standardized treatment,the level of serum Apelin-13 increased to the same level as that of patients with normal cardiac function.The detection of plasma Apelin-13 level has certain effects on judging the condition and evaluating the curative effect.The value of Apelin-13 is expected to become a new inotropic drug for patients with heart failure.
