宁夏固原市金融服务乡村振兴发展指数研究

Research on the Rural Revitalization and Development Index of Financial Services in Guyuan City, Ningxia

随着乡村振兴战略的深入推进,对金融服务乡村振兴的支持效果及指标具体量化评估成为决策部门与研究学者的关注重点。立足巩固脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴衔接实际情况,本文尝试构建固原市金融服务乡村振兴发展的指标研究体系,从金融供给“增量、降价、提质、扩面”四个维度出发设计考核评价指标,运用熵权法对每个指标进行客观赋权,继而运用TOPSIS方法对固原市各县区2016-2021年金融服务乡村振兴发展水平进行测算,客观分析当前金融服务乡村振兴支持力度,提出下一阶段金融服务乡村振兴发展的重点方向和对策建议。

With the in-depth promotion of the Rural Revitalization Strategy of financial services, the specific quantitative evaluation of the support effect and indicators of Rural Revitalization of financial services has become the focus of decision-making departments and researchers. Based on the actual situation of consolidating the achievements of poverty eradication and rural revitalization, this paper attempts to build an index research system of Guyuan city’s financial services for Rural Revitalization and development, design assessment and evaluation indicators from the four dimensions of financial supply“increment, price reduction, quality improvement and expansion”, and use entropy weight method to objectively weight each indicator, Then, TOPSIS method is used to calculate the development level of Rural Revitalization of financial services in Guyuan City from 2016 to 2021, objectively analyze the current financial support for rural revitalization, and put forward the key direction and Countermeasures of financial support for Rural Revitalization and development in the next stage.
