摘要
目的探究在医院超声科室的工作质量管控中存在的常见问题,并提出对应的解决措施。方法选取2019年5月-2020年5月本院所收治的360例进行超声诊断的患者为样本研究。将其按照随机抽选的方式,分成对照组和观察组,每组均180例。对照组患者实施了常规化的超声诊断,而观察组则在前者基础上采取质量管理措施。分别从两组超声科内部质量管控实施效果、患者满意率上加以对照,以总结出质量控制及管理的重要性。从两组满意情况进行对比。结果观察组中超声科内部质量管控有效率98.33%(177/180),明显高于对照组的68.89%(124/180),前者优势突出(P<0.05,χ^(2)=7.360)。观察组满意度为97.2%(175/180),明显高于对照组的90.0%(162/180),同样是观察组指标更佳(P<0.05,χ^(2)=4.610)。结论针对医院的超声科工作,要找出其中存在问题,采取对应解决措施,从而提升整个科室的工作质量,并有效改善患者满意度,确保超声科室工作水平实现可持续化提升。
Objective To explore common problems existed in work quality control of hospital ultrasonic department,and propose corresponding solutions.Methods The paper chose 360 patients diagnosed by ultrasound from May 2019 to May 2020 as study samples,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 180 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine ultrasound diagnosis,while observation group with quality management measures on the basis of the former.Implementation effect of internal quality control and satisfaction degree of patients of two groups was compared to summarize importance of quality control and management.Results Effective rate of internal quality control in ultrasonic department of observation group was 98.33%(177/180),significantly higher than control group(68.89%,124/180).The former had prominent advantages(P<0.05,χ^(2)=7.360).Satisfaction degree of observation group was 97.2%(175/180),significantly higher than 90.0%(162/180)of control group,indicators of observation group were better(P<0.05,χ^(2)=4.610).Conclusion In view of work in hospital ultrasonic department,we should find out existing problems and take corresponding measures,to improve work quality of whole department,improve patient’s satisfaction degree and ensure sustainable improvement of work level effectively.
