推拿联合家庭康复治疗小儿肌性斜颈的临床应用效果

Clinical Application Effect of Massage Combined with Family Rehabilitation for Children with Muscular Torticollis

目的对小儿肌性斜颈应用推拿联合家庭康复治疗的临床效果观察。方法选取2019年1月-2021年1月在本院治疗的小儿肌性斜颈,总共105例,随机分成两组,对照组予常规推拿治疗(52例),研究组予推拿联合家庭康复治疗(53例),比较两组的应用疗效、颈部活动度及胸锁乳突肌情况。结果与对照组相比,研究组临床疗效总有效率高;研究组颈部侧屈及旋转活动度高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组颈部胸锁乳突肌改善情况优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论推拿联合家庭康复治疗可使肌性患儿的颈部侧屈及旋转活动度得到了明显改善,使肿块明显缩小,获得了较高满意度,提高了临床治疗效果。

Objective To observe clinical effect of massage combined with family rehabilitation for children with muscular torticollis.Methods The paper chose 105 children with muscular torticollis treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021,and randomly divided them into two groups.Control group was treated with routine massage(52 cases),and study group with massage combined with family rehabilitation(53 cases).Application effect,neck mobility and sternocleidomastoid muscle between two groups was compared.Results Total effective rate of study group was higher than control group;neck lateral flexion and rotation activities of study group were higher,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);improvement of sternocleidomastoid muscle in study group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Massage combined with family rehabilitation treatment can improve neck lateral flexion and rotation activity of children with torticollis,and reduce mass significantly,obtain higher satisfaction degree,and improve clinical treatment effect.
