微创无痛治疗龋齿的临床效果评价

Clinical Application Effect Evaluation of Minimally Invasive Painless Treatment for Dental Caries

目的通过对有龋齿患者实施微创无痛治疗,分析其临床效果。方法选取2018年6月-2019年12月收治的80例龋齿患者作为研究对象,运用随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组,每组各40例,对照组患者采用传统钻机去腐治疗,实验组患者采用微创无痛治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果、疼痛程度、临床效果、生活质量评分及患者治疗满意度。结果实验组治疗总有效率92.50%(37/40)高于对照组70%(28/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组疼痛总发生率25%(10/40)低于对照组40%(16/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组单牙治疗时间短于对照组,牙髓炎、填充物脱落、继发性龋齿发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组生活质量各指标评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗满意度95%(38/40)高于对照组77.50%(31/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创无痛治疗龋齿疗效显著,可减轻疼痛感,缩短治疗时间,降低术后不良结局,提高患者生活质量与满意度,值得临床广泛使用及推广。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of minimally invasive painless treatment for dental caries patients.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with dental caries from June 2018 to December 2019 as research objects,randomly divided them into experimental group and control group and,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with traditional drilling machine to remove corruption,and experimental group with minimally invasive painless treatment.Treatment effect,pain degree,clinical effect,life quality scores and satisfaction degree between two groups were compared.Results Total effective rate of experimental group was 92.50%(37/40),higher than control group(70%(28/40),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Total incidence of pain in experimental group was 25%(10/40),lower than control group(40%)(16/40),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Treatment time of single tooth in experimental group was shorter than control group,incidence of pulpitis,filler shedding and secondary caries in experimental group was lower than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Scores of each index of life quality in experimental group were higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment satisfaction degree of 95%(38/40)in experimental group was higher than 77.50%(31/40)in control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive painless treatment can achieve significant effect for dental caries,reduce pains,shorten treatment time,reduce adverse outcome after surgery,improve life quality and satisfaction degree of patients,which is worthy of extensive clinical application and promotion.
