循证护理模式在耳鼻喉科护理工作中的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Evidence-Based Nursing Model in Otorhinolaryngology Nursing

目的对循证护理在耳鼻喉护理工作中的应用效果进行调查。方法选取2019年1~12月收治的100例患者为研究样本,于2019年7月开展循证护理管理,以管理前6个月50例患者为对照组,管理后6个月50例患者为观察组,对照组依照疾病管理规定开展护理干预,观察组患者给予循证护理,对患者护理效果进行统计,比较两组护理质量评分、统计焦虑、抑郁症状、疼痛感与护理依从性。结果护理前两组患者生活质量无统计差异(P>0.05);护理后观察组高于对照组,统计有差异(P<0.05);观察组护理质量明显高于对照组,基础护理、消毒隔离、制度执行项目评分值高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SAS评分、SDS评分、VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组按时用药、健康饮食、定期复诊的例数明显多于对照组,患者依从性良好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论循证护理更有利于提升患者生活质量,并提高护理质量评分,使得患者焦虑、抑郁不良心理得以缓解,同时增加护理依从性。建议在耳鼻喉科护理中,推广循证护理模式。

Objective To investigate effect of evidence-based nursing in otorhinolaryngology nursing.Methods The paper chose 100 patients from January to December 2019 as study samples,evidence-based nursing management was carried out in July 2019.50 cases in first six months of management were included in control group,and 50 cases in second six months of management in observation group.Control group was treated with nursing intervention according to disease management regulations,and observation group with evidence-based nursing.Nursing effect of patients was statistically analyzed,nursing quality scores,statistical anxiety,depression symptoms pain feeling and nursing compliance were compared.Results There was no statistical difference in life quality between two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,that of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05);Nursing quality of observation group was significantly higher than control group,scores of basic nursing,disinfection and isolation,and system implementation items were higher than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);SAS scores,SDS scores and VAS scores in observation group were lower than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);numbers of patients in observation group taking medicine on time,with healthy diet and regular follow-up were significantly higher than control group.Compliance of patients was better,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group,with statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Evidence based nursing can improve life quality,nursing quality scores of patients,alleviate anxiety and depression,and at the same time,increase nursing compliance.It is suggested that evidence-based nursing should be promoted during otorhinolaryngology nursing.
