人性化护理解决传染病护理中伦理冲突的效果

Effect of Humanistic Nursing on Solving Ethical Conflict in Infectious Disease Nursing

目的探究分析人性化护理应用于传染病护理中的效果及对伦理冲突的解决情况。方法抽取2020年1月-2022年1月作为研究时间段,选择期间本院收治的80例传染性疾病患者纳入观察对象,通过电脑分组法将其均分为对照组(n=40,开展常规护理)和试验组(n=40,加强人性化护理),对比两组传染病患者的护理效果。结果试验组传染病患者接受人性化护理后,伦理冲突率明显低于对照组患者,焦虑SAS、抑郁SDS评分显著下降且明显低于对照组,患者的治疗依从性、预后SF-36生活质量评分均更高,免疫功能指标明显更优,组间数据相比,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理应用于传染病患者中的效果确切,能够显著降低伦理冲突的发生率、改善患者的负性情绪、提高患者的依从性,还能间接优化患者的免疫指标,提高患者的生活质量,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective To explore and analyze effect of humanistic nursing applied in infectious disease nursing and solution of ethical conflict.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with infectious diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 for study,and divided them into control group(n=40,with routine nursing)and test group(n=40,with strengthened humanistic nursing)equally by computer grouping.Nursing effect between two groups with infectious diseases was compared.Results After receiving humanistic nursing,test group with infectious diseases had significantly lower ethical conflict rate than control group,scores of anxiety SAS and depression SDS were significantly decreased and lower than control group significantly.Treatment compliance and prognosis SF-36 life quality scores were higher,immune function index was significantly better,with statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic nursing can achieve definite effect for patients with infectious diseases,can reduce incidence of ethical conflicts significantly,improve negative emotions and compliance of patients,and optimize immune indicators of patients indirectly,and improve life quality of patients,which has high clinical promotion value.
