负压技术联合湿性敷料用于慢性伤口护理中对患者换药次数及有效率的影响

Effect of Negative Pressure Technique Combined with Wet Dressing on Dressing Change Frequency and Effective Rate of Patients with Chronic Wound Nursing

目的探析慢性伤口护理中应用负压技术联合湿性敷料对于患者换药次数与伤口护理有效率的影响。方法选择本院于2019年8月-2020年8月收入的慢性伤口患者共计70例入组,以动态分组法划分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例。对照组以常规护理为主,观察组在护理中应用负压技术与湿性敷料,统计两组换药次数与伤口愈合时间,评估护理有效率。结果观察组换药次数、伤口愈合时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性伤口护理中应用负压技术联合湿性敷料护理干预后,可减少换药次数,更好促进伤口愈合,护理效果较为理想。

Objective To explore effect of negative pressure technology combined with wet dressing on dressing change times and wound nursing efficiency in chronic wound nursing.Methods The paper chose 70 patients with chronic wounds from August 2019 to August 2020 for study,and divided them into control group and observation group by dynamic grouping method,with 35 cases in each group.Control group was mainly treated with routine nursing,while observation group with negative pressure technology and wet dressing in nursing.Dressing change times and wound healing time were counted between two groups,and nursing efficiency was evaluated.Results Numbers of dressing changes and wound healing time in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);effective rate of nursing in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Negative pressure technology combined with wet dressing can reduce number of dressing changes in chronic wound nursing,promote wound healing and achieve more ideal nursing effect.
