摘要 针对烧结机运行过程中,台车起拱导致烧结系统能耗高、物耗高的问题,本文以分析台车起拱的力学行为特性为基础,建立台车起拱力学模型,获得台车起拱的临界条件;通过ADAMS动力学仿真获得了台车与星轮的相互作用力,揭示了传统星轮齿板齿形设计导致台车起拱的原因,并结合生产实际证明了台车起拱模型的准确性;在此基础上,提出了星轮齿板齿形的修正方法,大大减少了尾部星轮与台车之间的作用力,达到了减小起拱甚至消除起拱的目的,从而为烧结机的节能降耗提供支撑。 Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption and high material consumption of the sintering system caused by the trolley arch camber during the operation of the sintering machine, a mechanical model of the trolley arch camber is established based on the analysis of the mechanical behavior characteristics of the trolley arch camber, and the critical condition of the trolley is obtained;the interaction force between the trolley and the star wheel is obtained through ADAMS dynamic simulation, and the cause of the trolley arch camber caused by the tooth profile design of the traditional star gear is revealed, while the trolley arch camber model is proved in combination with the actual production.On this basis, the tooth profile correction method of the star wheel tooth plate is proposed, which greatly reduces the acting force between the tail star wheel and the trolley, and the purpose of reducing or even eliminating the arch camber is achieved, so as to provide support for energy saving and consumption reduction of the sintering machine.
