基于线性规划的医疗机构目标任务分配与实践

摘要 随着城市人口剧增,医疗机构每天面临着成千上万的患者,据统计显示某大型三甲医院近五年住院患者服务量呈逐年增长趋势,五年间增长220%。快速增长的患者数量给医疗机构运行带来巨大负荷,患者“住院难”更是急需解决的问题,因此医疗机构如何向科室合理分配患者数量至关重要。本篇文章以T医院(三甲综合医院)为例,首先利用时间序列模型ARMA预测2022年住院患者服务量,分析影响科室住院服务量因素;其次以住院患者服务量定义目标函数,通过线性规划方法向各科室分配目标任务;最后实现目标跟踪,向科室提供完成目标任务的方向,有效促进医院效率效益的提升。 With the rapid increase of urban population,medical institutions are facing with thousands of patients every day.According to statistics,the inpatient service volume of a large thirdclass hospital has been increasing year by year in recent five years,with an increase of 220%in five years.The rapidly growing number of patients has brought a huge burden to medical institutions'operations,and the"difficulty in hospitalization"of patients has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved.Therefore,it is very important for medical institutions to reasonably allocate the number of patients to departments.In this research,taking T hospital(a general third-class hospital)as an example,firstly,the time series model ARMA is used to predict the inpatient service volume in 2022,and the factors affecting the inpatient service volume of departments are analyzed;secondly,the objective programming functions are defined by the volume of inpatient services,and the objective tasks are assigned to each department by linear programming method;finally,target tracking is implemented to guide departments in order to complete the target tasks and effectively promote the efficiency and benefits of the hospital.
