经络导平治疗肌张力增高的疗效与安全性

Efficacy and Safety of Meridian Frequency Conduction in the Treatment of Increased Muscle Tone

目的 分析在肌张力增高患儿的临床治疗中对患儿采取经络导平治疗的临床疗效。方法 将徐州市妇幼保健院2020年6月-2021年6月收治的30例肌张力增高患儿分为观察组和对照组,各15例。对照组采取常规治疗措施;观察组采取经络导平治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果 治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组的临床疗效明显更高,小儿神经心理发育检查表评分降低更明显,神经运动功能20项评分明显更高(P<0.05);观察组患儿的Ashworth分级1级占比明显更高,3级占比明显更低(P<0.05);在两组患儿分别治疗后可见患儿并无明显不良反应发生(P>0.05)。结论 在肌张力增高患儿的临床治疗中对患儿采取经络导平治疗能够明显提高患儿临床疗效。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of meridian leveling in the clinical treatment of children with increased muscle tension.Methods Thirty children with hypertonia who were admitted to Xuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were divided into an observation group and a control group,15 cases in each.The control group received conventional treatment.The observation group were treated with meridian daoping.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher,the score of the children's neuropsychological development checklist decreased more significantly,and the score of 20 items of neuromotor function was significantly higher(P<0.05);the proportion of Ashworth grade 1 in the observation group was significantly higher and that of grade 3 was significantly lower(P<0.05);there were no significant adverse reactions after treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of children with increased muscle tension,taking the meridians pilot treatment can significantly improve the clinical effect.
