机械通气治疗急性心梗合并左心衰及呼吸衰竭的临床价值

Clinical Value of Mechanical Ventilation in the Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated with Left Heart Failure and Respiratory Failure

目的 研究探讨机械通气治疗急性心梗合并左心衰及呼吸衰竭的临床价值。方法 选择吉林市中心医院2020年1~12月接受治疗的68例急性心梗合并左心衰患者进行研究,随机分成两组,对照组和观察组各34例。对照组患者采用常规治疗;观察组患者在对照组基础上加用机械通气治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的情况。结果 观察组患者的治疗后的心率、血压、尿量以及血气指标明显优于对照组;观察组患者的总有效率更佳(P<0.05)。结论 对急性心梗合并左心衰及呼吸衰竭患者在常规治疗基础上增加机械通气治疗的临床效果十分显著,可明显改善患者的呼吸情况,改善患者血压和血气指标,减少在院治疗时间,降低死亡率,安全性高,值得推荐。

Objective To study the clinical value of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction complicated with left heart failure and respiratory failure. Methods Sixtyeight patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with left heart failure who were treated in Jilin Central Hospital from January to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups, 34cases in the control group and 34 cases in the observation group. Patients in the control group received routine treatment;patients in the observation group were treated with mechanical ventilation on the basis of the control group, and the situation of the two groups after treatment was compared. Results The heart rate, blood pressure, urine volume and blood gas indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group after treatment;the total effective rate of patients in the observation group was better, P<0.05. Conclusion For patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with left heart failure and respiratory failure, the clinical effect of adding mechanical ventilation on the basis of routine treatment is very significant, which can significantly improve the respiratory condition of patients, improve the blood pressure and blood gas indicators of patients,reduce the treatment time in hospital, reduce mortality, and have high safety, which is worthy of recommendation.
