初产妇采取分娩球配合自由体位的疗效

Efficacy of Birthing Balls and Free Posture on Primipara

目的 分析初产妇第一产程采取分娩球加自由体位的疗效。方法 将2019年1~12月信宜市妇幼保健院收治的78例初产妇作为研究对象,依据随机数表法分成对照组(予以常规护理)和观察组(于对照组前提下加以分娩球及自由体位),各39例,比较两组的第一产程时间、疼痛程度、产中出血量、分娩方式以及并发症情况。结果 观察组的第一产程时间短于对照组,产中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组轻度疼痛比例高于对照组,中度以及重度疼痛比例低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的自然分娩率高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组各类并发症出现少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在初产妇的第一产程中采取分娩球加自由体位效果确切,能缩短其第一产程时间,减轻其疼痛程度,减少其产中出血量,提升其自然分娩率,减少并发症出现,值得采用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of birthing balls plus free posture in the first labor stage.Methods 78 primiparas delivered from January to December 2019 in our hospital were selected as research subjects.According to random number table,primiparas were divided into control group(39 cases)and observation group(39 cases).The control group adopted the routine care;on the basis of the former,the observation group adopted the birthing balls and free posture.First labor stage,pain degree,bleeding volume,delivery modes and complications were expounded.Results The first labor stage in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group;bleeding volume was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05);proportion of mild pain cases in the observation group was higher than that of the control group;proportion of moderate and severe pain cases was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);spontaneous labor rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group;cesarean section rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);complication rate in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The birthing balls combined with free posture can shorten the first labor stage,relieve the pain,reduce the bleeding volume and complications,and increase the spontaneous labor rate.It is worthy of application.
