应用效果探讨整体护理配合风险管理在十二指肠球部溃疡合并出血患者中的应用效果

To Explore the Effect of Holistic Nursing Combined with Risk Management in Patients with Duodenal Ulcer Complicated with Bleeding

目的观察整体护理配合风险管理在十二指肠球部溃疡合并出血患者中的应用效果分析。方法将广东梅州市丰顺县中医院2016年1月-2021年11月收治的十二指肠球部溃疡合并出血患者48例,按随机数字表法分组,各24例,以常规护理为对照组,以整体护理配合风险管理为研究组。在干预前、后观察疾病应对方式及生活质量,统计不良风险事件。结果干预后对疾病的应对方式中积极性评分明显升高,且研究组高于对照组,而对疾病的应对方式中消极评分较干预前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。而在干预后生活质量评分较干预前有着显著提升,研究组较对照组更高(P<0.05)。研究组出现不良风险事件率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在十二指肠球部溃疡合并出血患者中,实施以整体护理配合风险管理,可明显改变患者对疾病的应对方式,改善患者干预后的生活质量,可减少干预过程中出现的不良风险事件。

Objective To observe the effect of holistic nursing combined with risk management in patients with duodenal ulcer complicated with bleeding. Methods 48 patients with duodenal ulcer complicated with bleeding in our hospital(January 2016 November 2021) were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 24 in each group. Routine nursing was used as the control group, and holistic nursing combined with risk management was used as the research group. Before and after the intervention,adverse risk events were counted for disease coping style and quality of life. Results After the intervention, the positive score of disease coping style in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the negative score of disease coping style in the study group was lower than that before the intervention(P< 0.05). The score of quality of life after intervention was significantly higher than that before intervention, and the score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse risk events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with duodenal ulcer complicated with bleeding, the implementation of holistic nursing combined with risk management can significantly change the patients’ coping style, improve the patients’ quality of life after intervention, and reduce the adverse risk events in the process of intervention.
