气道管理小组在重症呼吸衰竭患者护理中的应用效果观察

Effect of Airway Management Group on Nursing of Patients with Severe Respiratory Failure

目的 探究重症呼吸衰竭患者护理中气道管理小组所具有的应用效果。方法 根据气道管理小组应用情况将60例入组患者(蚌埠医学院第二附属医院2019年1月-2021年2月收治)分为对照组(30例,常规护理)与观察组(30例,常规护理+气道管理小组),观察比较两组护理效果。结果 与对照组比较,护理后观察组血气指标更好,治疗时间更短,不良事件发生率更低,生活质量评分更高,护理满意度更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 重症呼吸衰竭常规护理基础上行气道管理小组干预,可有效改善患者呼吸功能,加快患者康复速度,减少不良事件发生率,促进患者生活质量与护理满意度提高,值得重视和推广使用。

Objective To explore the application effect of airway management group in the nursing of patients with severe respiratory failure. Methods According to the application of airway management group, 60 enrolled patients(admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2021) were divided into control group(30 cases, conventional nursing) and observation group(30 cases, conventional nursing + airway management group), and the nursing effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results Compared with the control group, post-nursing observation group had better blood gas index,shorter treatment time, lower incidence of adverse events, higher quality of life score and higher nursing satisfaction, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Routine nursing based upstream airway management group intervention in severe respiratory failure can effectively improve patients’ respiratory function, speed up patients’ recovery, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and promote patients’ quality of life and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of attention and promotion.
