基于微信平台的管理模式在消毒供应中心质量管理中的应用

Application of Management Mode Based on WeChat Platform in Quality Management of Disinfection Supply Center

目的探究基于微信平台的管理模式应用于消毒供应中心质量管理中的效果。方法2019年1~12月随机抽检消毒供应中心1000件/包灭菌器械设为对照组,此阶段采用常规管理模式;另于2020年1~12月随机抽检消毒供应中心抽检的1000件/包器械设为观察组,在常规管理的基础上加入微信平台管理。比较无菌物品合格率、缺陷事件发生率及工作人员的满意度。结果观察组无菌物品合格率显著高于对照组,且器械清洗质量不合格、包装不合格、湿包、外标签与包内器械不相符、相关设备故障等缺陷事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组科室人员对管理模式的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心实施基于微信平台的管理模式能够显著提高器械清洗和包装质量,减少设备故障发生,保证了设备的安全有效使用,提高了工作效率、工作质量及工作人员的满意度,并更好为临床提供优质服务,对于改善消毒供应中心的管理具有重要的意义。

Objective To explore the effect of applying the management mode based on WeChat platform to the quality management of disinfection supply center.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,1000 pieces/packages of sterilized equipment randomly inspected in the disinfection supply center were set as the control group,and the conventional management mode was adopted in this stage.In addition,from January 2020 to December 2020,1000 pieces/packages of instruments sampled by the disinfection supply center were randomly selected as the observation group to implement WeChat platform management on the basis of routine management.The qualification rate of sterile articles,the occurrence of defect events and the satisfaction of staff were compared.Results The qualified rate of sterile articles in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of defective events such as unqualified instrument cleaning quality,unqualified packaging,wet package,inconsistent external label with the instruments in the package,and related equipment failure in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of department staffin the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the management mode based on WeChat platform in the disinfection supply center can significantly improve the quality of instrument cleaning and packaging,reduce equipment failures,ensure the safe and effective use of equipment,improve work efficiency,work quality and staff satisfaction,and better provide highquality services for clinic,which is of great significance to improve the management of the disinfection supply center.
