优质护理在反流性食管炎患者护理中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of High-quality Nursing in the Nursing of Patients with Reflux Esophagitis

目的 探讨反流性食管炎的优质护理措施及护理效果。方法 选取我院2021年1月至2021年12月收治179例反流性食管炎患者作为研究对象,分为观察组(给予优质护理)和对照组(给予常规护理),比较两组的护理效果。结果 观察组患者的护理满意率(97.78%vs.88.76%)、治疗依从性(95.56%vs.86.52%)高于对照组(χ^(2)=5.813、4.491,P<0.05),观察组患者的并发症发生率(3.33%vs.12.36%)低于对照组(χ^(2)=5.057,P<0.05)。观察组患者在护理后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分[(38.04±5.35)分vs.(44.17±4.91)分]、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分[(37.51±4.02)分vs.(45.43±3.81)分]、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分[(7.57±1.08)分vs.(9.33±1.35)分]低于对照组(t=7.984、13.526、9.637,P<0.05),观察组患者在护理后的健康调查简表(SF-36)评分[(81.41±5.74)分vs.(72.02±6.01)分]高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 反流性食管炎患者的临床治疗期间,给予其优质护理服务,有助于加快病情恢复,减少疾病对于日常生活的影响,改善患者的身心状态。

Objective To explore the high-quality nursing measures and nursing effects of reflux esophagitis.Methods 179 patients with reflux esophagitis treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research object,and were divided into the observation group (high-quality nursing) and the control group (routine nursing).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction rate (97.78% vs.88.76%) and treatment compliance (95.56% vs.86.52%) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (χ^(2)=5.813,4.491,P<0.05),the complication rate of patients in the observation group (3.33%vs.12.36%) was lower than that in the control group (χ^(2)=5.057,P<0.05).The SAS score[(38.04±5.35) points vs.(44.17±4.91) points],SDS score[(37.51±4.02) points vs.(45.43±3.81) points]and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score[(7.57±1.08) points vs.(9.33±1.35) points]of patients in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group (t=7.984,13.526,9.637,P<0.05).The score of SF-36 (81.41±5.74) in the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group (72.02±6.01)(P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical treatment of reflux esophagitis patients,providing them with high-quality nursing services will help speed up the recovery of the disease,reduce the impact of the disease on daily life,and improve the physical and mental state of the patients.
