摘要
1只11月龄的法国斗牛犬因张口困难、咀嚼肌萎缩就诊。为了对该病例进行诊治,采用体格检查、血常规及血清生化指标检查、计算机断层扫描(CT)检查进行确诊,并根据诊断结果进行治疗。结果表明:体格检查发现患犬眼球内陷,咬肌及颞肌萎缩,外力无法使颞下颌关节活动。血常规及血清生化指标检查未见明显异常。CT检查可见咀嚼肌变薄。综合各项检查结果、临床症状及病史调查,确诊为咀嚼肌炎。用泼尼松龙治疗6周后,患犬口腔能正常开合,萎缩的咀嚼肌逐渐丰满,停药8个月后仍未见复发。说明在临床诊疗中,可以通过综合病史、体格检查及影像学检查来确诊咀嚼肌炎,并通过药物有效治疗。
An 11-month-old French bulldog was presented with difficulty in mouth opening and masticatory muscle atrophy.In order to diagnose and treat this case,physical examination,blood routine and serum biochemical index examination,computed tomography(CT)examination were used to confirm the diagnosis,and treatment was carried out according to the diagnosis results.The results showed that physical examination found that the dog’s eyes were retracted,the masseter muscle and temporalis muscle were atrophied,and the temporomandibular joint could not be moved by external force.Blood routine and serum biochemical indexes showed no obvious abnormality.CT examination showed thinning of the masticatory muscles.Combined with various examination results,clinical symptoms and medical history investigation,the diagnosis of masticatory muscle myositis was confirmed.After six weeks of treatment with prednisolone,the dog’s oral cavity could open and close normally,and the atrophied masticatory muscles gradually became fuller,and no recurrence was seen after eight months of drug withdrawal.The results suggested that in clinical diagnosis and treatment,the diagnosis of masticatory muscle myositis could be confirmed by comprehensive history,physical examination and imaging examination,and could be effectively treated by medication.
