高原应激对马里努阿犬血液皮质醇含量、生理生化指标及血气指标的影响

Effects of altitude stress on blood cortisol content,physiological and biochemical indices and blood gas indices in Marinua dogs

为了研究高原应激对马里努阿犬血液皮质醇含量、生理生化指标和血气指标的影响,为警犬的高原引种、高原疾病防治和高原应激的预防提供基础资料,试验将30只体况良好、体重相近、10~18月龄的成年马里努阿犬从昆明运输到拉萨,分别于运输前(进入高原前,试验地点在昆明)和到达高原后(进入高原后,试验地点在拉萨)静脉采集试验犬血液,检测血液皮质醇含量、生理生化指标和血气指标。结果表明:马里努阿犬进入高原后,血液皮质醇含量显著升高(P<0.05);红细胞数、血红蛋白含量、血细胞比容和淋巴细胞数显著升高(P<0.05);碱性磷酸酶活性、血糖浓度、尿素氮浓度、丙氨酸氨基转移酶活性显著升高(P<0.05),肌酐浓度显著降低(P<0.05);二氧化碳分压、二氧化碳总量、碳酸氢根浓度显著降低(P<0.05),钠离子浓度、钾离子浓度和氯离子浓度显著升高(P<0.05);其余指标无显著变化(P>0.05)。说明高原应激能够提高马里努阿犬的血液皮质醇含量,并对部分生理生化指标及血气指标具有较大影响。

In order to study the effects of altitude stress on blood cortisol content,physiological and biochemical indices and blood gas indices of Marinua dogs,and to provide basic information for the introduction of police dogs at altitude,prevention and treatment of altitude diseases and prevention of altitude stress,thirty healthy Marinua dogs with similar body weight,aged 10-18 months,were transported from Kunming to Lhasa.Blood samples were collected from the dogs before transportation(before entering the plateau,the test site was in Kunming)and after arrival(after entering the plateau,the test site was in Lhasa).The blood cortisol content,physiological indices,biochemical indices and blood gas indices were detected.The results showed that the blood cortisol content of Marinua dogs increased significantly after entering the plateau(P<0.05).The red blood cell count,hemoglobin content,hematocrit and lymphocyte number were significantly increased(P<0.05).Alkaline phosphatase activity,blood glucose concentration,urea nitrogen concentration and alanine aminotransferase activity were significantly increased(P<0.05),while creatinine concentration was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The partial pressure of carbon dioxide,total carbon dioxide and bicarbonate concentration were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the concentrations of sodium ions,potassium ions and chloride ions were significantly increased(P<0.05).Other indices had no significant changes(P>0.05).These results indicated that high altitude stress could increase the blood cortisol content of Marinuar dogs,and had a great influence on some physiological and biochemical indices and blood gas indexes.
