精细化管理结合改良洗消流程在胃肠镜消毒中的应用

Application of Refined Management Combined with Modified Decontamination Process in Gastrointestinal Endoscope Disinfection

目的探讨精细化管理结合改良洗消流程在胃肠镜消毒中的应用价值。方法以本院消毒供应中心实施常规洗消流程的胃肠镜为对照组,实施精细化管理结合改良洗消流程的胃肠镜为观察组,比较两组胃肠镜的消毒、灭菌质量。结果观察组的预处理、镜体清洗、附件清洗、漂洗、消毒合格率均高于对照组,内镜表面、活检孔道、吸引器管道、操作旋钮细菌阳性率均低于对照组,供收及时度、无菌质量、服务态度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理结合改进洗消流程可提高胃肠镜的消毒、灭菌质量,提升工作人员的服务质量。

Objective To explore the application value of refined management combined with modified decontamination process in disinfection of gastrointestinal endoscopes.Methods The gastrointestinal endoscopes with routine decontamination process in the central sterile supply department of our hospital were selected as the control group,and the gastrointestinal endoscopes with refined management combined with modified decontamination process were selected as the observation group.The disinfection and sterilization quality were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rates of pretreatment,lens cleaning,accessory cleaning,rinsing and disinfection in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the positive rates of bacteria in endoscopic surface,biopsy channel,suction pipe and operation knob were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of timely supply and recycling,sterile quality and service attitude were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Refined management combined with modified decontamination process can improve the disinfection and sterilization quality of gastrointestinal endoscopes,and improve the service quality of staff.
