神经内镜下血肿清除术对丘脑出血患者BDNF、HGF、NGF水平及预后的影响

Impact of Neuroendoscopic Hematoma Removal on the BDNF,HGF and NGF Levels and Prognosis of Patients with Thalamic Hemorrhage

目的探讨神经内镜下血肿清除术对丘脑出血患者BDNF、HGF、NGF水平及预后的影响。方法72例丘脑出血患者随机分为两组,对照组予以开颅显微镜下血肿清除术治疗,观察组予以神经内镜下血肿清除术治疗,比较两组的BDNF、HGF、NGF水平以及预后。结果术后7 d,观察组的BDNF、NGF水平均高于对照组,HGF水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1个月,观察组的GOS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经内镜下血肿清除术治疗丘脑出血效果显著,可明显改善患者的BDNF、HGF、NGF水平,促进患者术后恢复。

Objective To explore the impact of neuroendoscopic hematoma removal on the BDNF,HGF and NGF levels and prognosis of patients with thalamic hemorrhage.Methods 72 patients with thalamic hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with hematoma removal under craniotomy microscope,while the observation group was treated with hematoma removal under neuroendoscopy.The levels of BDNF,HGF and NGF,and the prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results At 7 days after surgery,the levels of BDNF and NGF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of HGF was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 month after surgery,the GOS score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Neuroendoscopic hematoma removal has significant effect in the treatment of thalamic hemorrhage,which can obviously improve the levels of BDNF,HGF and NGF,and promote postoperative recovery of patients.
