MRI动态扫描在女性盆腔器官脱垂诊断及损伤程度评估中的应用

摘要 目的探讨MRI动态扫描在女性盆腔器官脱垂诊断及损伤程度评估中的应用价值。方法140例分娩后6~8周的初产妇按照分娩方式分为两组,两组均进行POP-Q及MRI动态扫描评估,探讨MRI动态扫描诊断及量化盆底损伤程度的价值。结果经阴道分娩组的前盆腔及中盆腔脱垂率均高于剖宫产组,最大负压状态下盆腔器官至PCL的距离低于剖宫产组,盆腔活动度高于剖宫产组(P<0.05)。结论MRI动态扫描诊断产后早期盆底损伤的价值较高,并可量化盆底损伤程度。 Objective To explore the application value of MRI dynamic scan in the diagnosis and damage evaluation of female pelvic organ prolapse.Methods 140 primiparae at 6~8 weeks after delivery were divided into two groups according to the mode of delivery.Both groups were evaluated by POP-Q and MRI dynamic scan to explore the value of MRI dynamic scan in the diagnosis and quantification damage evaluation of pelvic organ prolapse.Results The anterior and middle pelvic prolapse rates in the vaginal delivery group were higher than those in the cesarean section group,the distances from the pelvic organs to PCL under the maximum negative pressure were lower than those in the cesarean section group,and the pelvic activities were higher than those in the cesarean section group(P<0.05).Conclusions MRI dynamic scan has a high value in the diagnosis of early postpartum pelvic floor injury and can quantify the degree of pelvic floor damage.
