保护动机理论指导下健康管理模式在缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Health Management Mode Guided by Protective Motivation Theory in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨保护动机理论指导下健康管理模式在缺血性脑卒中(IS)患者中的应用效果。方法140例IS患者随机分为观察组(保护动机理论指导下健康管理)与对照组(常规护理),比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的疾病、用药、饮食、日常起居、情绪、人际评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的FSS评分低于对照组,MBI、ESS评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论保护动机理论指导下健康管理可提高IS患者的自我管理能力,减轻疲劳感,改善日常生活能力及神经功能。

Objective To explore the application effect of health management mode guided by protective motivation theory in patients with ischemic stroke(IS).Methods 140 patients with IS were randomly divided into observation group(health management guided by protective motivation theory)and control group(routine nursing).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of disease,medication,diet,daily life,emotion and interpersonal relationship in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the FSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the MBI and ESS scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Health management guided by protective motivation theory can improve the self-management ability of IS patients,reduce fatigue,and improve daily living ability and neurological function.
