针对性细节护理在下肢骨折手术的应用及对患者并发症的影响

Application of Targeted Detail Nursing in Lower Limb Fracture Surgery and Its Impact on Complications of Patients

目的探讨针对性细节护理在下肢骨折手术的应用效果及对患者并发症发生率的影响。方法选择我院2021年1月至12月收治的80例下肢骨折手术患者,随机分为两组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用针对性细节护理,比较两组的疗效、术后疼痛及术后并发症。结果观察组的治疗优良率为82.50%,高于对照组的62.50%(P<0.05)。术后12h、72 h,观察组的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05)。结论针对性细节护理可以有效提升下肢骨折手术患者的治疗优良率,降低术后疼痛程度及并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of targeted detail nursing in lower limb fracture surgery and its impact on incidence of complications of patients.Methods 80 patients with lower limb fracture surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received targeted detail nursing on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,postoperative pain,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was 82.50%,higher than 62.50% in the control group(P<0.05).At 12 h and 72 h after surgery,the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 7.50%,lower than 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Targeted detail nursing can effectively improve the excellent and good rate of treatment of patients with lower limb fracture surgery,and reduce pain degree and incidence of complications after surgery.
