快速康复外科理念在高龄膀胱结石患者围术期的应用效果分析

Analysis on the Application Effect of Fast Track Surgery Concept in Perioperative Period of Elderly Patients with Bladder Calculus

目的分析快速康复外科理念在高龄膀胱结石患者围术期的应用效果。方法100例高龄膀胱结石手术患者随机分为两组各50例,对照组予以围术期常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以快速康复外科理念干预,比较两组的临床指标、并发症及护理满意度。结果观察组的膀胱冲洗时间、尿管留置时间、住院时间均短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念可促进膀胱结石手术患者的术后康复,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of fast track surgery concept in perioperative period of elderly patients with bladder calculus.Methods 100 elderly patients with bladder calculus surgery were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing during perioperative period,and the observation group received fast track surgery concept intervention on the basis of the control group.The clinical indicators,complications and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The bladder irrigation time,catheter indwelling time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the hospitalization cost was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Fast track surgery concept can promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients with bladder calculus surgery,reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction degree of patients.
