前庭康复训练配合细节性护理干预在前庭性偏头痛患者中的应用

Application of Vestibular Rehabilitation Training Combined with Detailed Nursing Intervention in Patients with Vestibular Migraine

目的探讨前庭康复训练配合细节性护理干预在前庭性偏头痛(VM)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月我院收治的VM患者80例,随机分为两组各40例。在前庭康复训练基础上,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予细节性护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果护理后,两组的VM发作频率、单次发作时间及DHI评分均显著低于护理前,且观察组的各项指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的总满意率为97.50%,显著高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)。结论前庭康复训练配合细节性护理干预有利于减少VM患者的发作次数及单次发作时间,改善临床症状,提高患者的临床满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of vestibular rehabilitation training combined with detailed nursing intervention in patients with vestibular migraine(VM).Methods 80 patients with VM admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.On the basis of vestibular rehabilitation training,the control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received detailed nursing intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the VM attack frequencies,single attack durations and DHI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing,and the indicators of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.50%,significantly higher than 77.50%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Vestibular rehabilitation training combined with detailed nursing intervention is beneficial to reduce the attack frequency and single attack duration of VM patients,improve clinical symptoms and improve patients'clinical satisfaction degree.
