摘要
目的探讨全方位支持渗透护理在心脏搭桥术患者中的应用效果。方法100例接受心脏搭桥手术患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用全方位支持渗透护理,比较两组的负性情绪、治疗配合度及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组的SCL-90评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的围术期各项治疗配合度评分、护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全方位支持渗透护理可减轻心脏搭桥术患者的负性情绪,提高患者的治疗配合度及护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive support infiltration nursing in patients with cardiac bypass surgery.Methods 100 patients with cardiac bypass surgery were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive support infiltration nursing.The negative emotions,treatment coordination degree and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SCL-90 score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of treatment coordination degree during perioperative period,and the nursing satisfaction degree scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive support infiltration nursing can relieve the negative emotions of patients with cardiac bypass surgery,and improve their treatment coordination degree and nursing satisfaction degree.
