摘要 目的探讨Swanson理论指导的健康教育对老年高血压患者自我管理能力的影响。方法选取2018年12月至2021年12月我院收治的100例老年高血压患者,随机分为观察组(Swanson理论指导的健康教育)与对照组(常规护理),比较两组的自我管理能力及血压水平。结果干预后,观察组的自我管理行为各项评分均高于对照组,收缩压、舒张压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Swanson理论指导的健康教育可增强老年高血压患者的自我管理能力,改善血压水平。 Objective To explore the impact of health education guided by Swanson theory on self-management ability of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 100 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December2021 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(health education guided by Swanson theory)and the control group(routine nursing).The self-management ability and blood pressure levels were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of self-management behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Health education guided by Swanson theory can enhance the self-management ability and improve the blood pressure levels of elderly patients with hypertension.
