心理护理结合分娩球对初产妇产程及分娩结局的影响

Impact of Psychological Nursing Combined with Delivery Ball on Labor Process and Delivery Outcome of Primiparae

目的探讨心理护理结合分娩球对初产妇产程及分娩结局的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月我院收治的100例初产妇,随机分为观察组(心理护理结合分娩球干预)与对照组(常规护理),比较两组的分娩结局、产程、疼痛程度以及不良情绪。结果观察组的阴道分娩率高于对照组,第一、第二、第三产程时间均短于对照组,疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前,且观察组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理结合分娩球可缩短初产妇的产程,减轻疼痛感,缓解不良情绪,提高阴道分娩率。

Objective To explore the impact of psychological nursing combined with delivery ball on labor process and delivery outcome of primiparae.Methods 100 primiparae admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(psychological nursing combined with delivery ball intervention)and the control group(routine nursing).The delivery outcome,labor stages,pain degree,and adverse emotions were compared between the two groups.Results The vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the durations of first,second and third stages of labor were shorter than those of the control group,and the pain degree was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological nursing combined with delivery ball can shorten the labor process of primiparae,relieve pain,relieve negative emotions and improve vaginal delivery rate.
