以家庭为中心的产科护理模式对初产妇分娩恐惧、剖宫产率及护理满意度的影响

Impact of Family-Centered Obstetric Nursing Mode on Childbirth Fear,Cesarean Section Rate and Nursing Satisfaction Degree of Primiparae

目的探讨以家庭为中心的产科护理模式对初产妇分娩恐惧、剖宫产率及护理满意度的影响。方法120例初产妇随机分为两组各60例,对照组给予常规产科护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予以家庭为中心的产科护理,比较两组的分娩恐惧程度、剖宫产率及护理满意度。结果护理后,两组的CAQ各维度评分均低于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组的CAQ各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的剖宫产率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以家庭为中心的产科护理模式可明显改善初产妇的分娩恐惧,降低剖宫产率,提高初产妇的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the impact of family-centered obstetric nursing mode on childbirth fear,cesarean section rate and nursing satisfaction degree of primiparae.Methods 120 cases of primiparae were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine obstetric nursing,and the observation group received family-centered obstetric nursing on the basis of the control group.The childbirth fear,cesarean section rate and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of each dimension of CAQ in the two groups were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the scores of each dimension of CAQ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Family-centered obstetric nursing mode can obviously improve the childbirth fear of primiparae,reduce the cesarean section rate,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of primiparae.
