优质综合性护理对急性脑卒中患者抢救效果及预后的影响

Impact of High-Quality Comprehensive Nursing on Rescue Effect and Prognosis of Patients with Acute Stroke

目的探讨优质综合性护理对急性脑卒中患者抢救效果及预后的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月我院收治的92例急性脑卒中患者,依据护理方法的不同分为对照组(常规急救护理)和观察组(优质综合性急救护理),比较两组的急救护理相关指标、神经功能缺损程度及日常生活活动能力。结果观察组的静脉通道建立时间、CT检查时间、接诊-确诊时间、确诊-治疗时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。出院时,观察组的NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,ADL评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质综合性护理可以明显提高急性脑卒中患者的抢救效果,改善患者预后。

Objective To explore the impact of high-quality comprehensive nursing on rescue effect and prognosis of patients with acute stroke.Methods 92 patients with acute stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(routine emergency nursing)and the observation group(high-quality comprehensive emergency nursing)according to different nursing methods.The emergency nursing related indicators,neurological deficit degree and activity of daily living were compared between the two groups.Results The establishment time of venous channel,CT examination time,admission to confirmed diagnosis time and confirmed diagnosis to treatment time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At discharge,the NIHSS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the ADL score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High-quality comprehensive nursing can obviously improve the rescue effect of patients with acute stroke,and improve patients’prognosis.
