祛风通络方联合盐酸倍他司汀片治疗血管神经性偏头痛的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of the Qufeng Tongluo decoction plus betahistine hydrochloride tablets on angioneurotic migraine

目的:探讨祛风通络方联合盐酸倍他司汀片治疗血管神经性偏头痛的临床效果。方法:以2019年7月-2020年7月在绥化市第一医院进行治疗的96例血管神经性偏头痛患者为研究对象,基于服药的差异性分作治疗组和对照组,每组48例。对照组服用盐酸倍他司汀片,每次8 mg,每日3次;此外,治疗组加服祛风通络方,一日1剂,分两次温服。比较临床疗效。结果:治疗后,治疗组的有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。经治疗,两组经医治头痛发作次数、头痛持续时间都明显好转,但治疗组好转更显著(P<0.05)。两组世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表(World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale,WHOQOL-BREF)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)、视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogy score,VAS)评分均显著好转,但治疗组好转更显著(P<0.05)。两组血清高敏C-反应蛋白(High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein,hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)、降钙素基因相关肽(Calcitonin Gene Related Peptide,CGRP)、P物质水平均下降,但治疗组好转更显著(P<0.05)。两组口苦、目赤、眩晕、心烦易怒、头痛等症状评分均下降,但治疗组下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论:祛风通络方联合盐酸倍他司汀片治疗血管神经性偏头痛可有效改善头痛症状,提高患者的睡眠、生活质量,改善机体血管神经源性炎性反应,有很好临床应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Qufeng Tongluo decoction(祛风通络方)plus betahistine hydrochloride tablets on angioneurotic migraine.Methods:A total of 96 patients with angioneurotic migraine who were treated in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the treatment group and control group according to the difference of medication,48 cases in each.The control group was given betahistine hydrochloride tablets,8 mg once,3 times a day;the treatment group was additionally given the Qufeng Tongluo decoction,1 dose a day,twice a day.Both groups were evaluated after 3 weeks of treatment.Results:After treatment,the effective rate in the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the frequency and duration of headache in the two groups were significantly ameliorated,and the degree of improvement was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05).WHOQOL-BREF,PSQI and VAS scores in the two groups were significantly ameliorated after treatment,and the degree of improvement was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05).The serum levels of hs-CRP,Hcy,CGRP and substance P in the two groups were decreased after treatment,especially in the treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms such as bitter mouth,red eyes,vertigo,irritability and headache were decreased in both groups,but the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Qufeng Tongluo decoction with betahistine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of vascular nerve migraine can significantly ameliorate sleep and life quality,body’s vascular neurogenic inflammatory reaction,which has a good clinical application value.
